Meditation & Art Workshop
Join Art Instructor Laura & Intuitive Healer Michelle for a workshop including a guided meditation & art class.
The workshop begins with a 30 minute guided mediation in the yoga room, followed by a 90 minute art class inspired by our visions from the meditation.
